About
From the brainpower of Aly Marie Mazzie & Valleri Bowman, comes Braving The Bard. Founded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the theater industry seemingly came to a halt, the two decided to brave the uncertainty and create some theater magic of their own (Nevertheless, she persisted... am I right?). Together they embarked on a mission to bring classical text to life in exciting & thrilling new ways... all while adhering to social distancing measures.
With a company of nearly 60 theater artists & collaborators from all around the world, BTB was formed. Committed to pushing the boundaries of what it means to perform classical text in a completely auditory experience. BTB is a free, accessible theater experience for all who crave a little theater magic in this crazy time.
